Since 1992 the JCL team has travelled to the United States  presenting highly successful "Reading / Literacy Seminars" for teachers and educational administrators. The educational resources produced by JCL have been widely acclaimed in the United States and New Zealand.

Mary McDonald

Mary has held senior management positions in Auckland since 1989.
She resigned from her Deputy Principal's position at Verran Primary School in December 1994, to pursue educational business interests with JCL in New Zealand and overseas.
Mary has been involved in the training of associate teachers for the Auckland College of Education.
Mary is now employed as a Reading Recovery teacher at Willow Park School on Auckland's North Shore.

Judy Knott

Judy has held senior management positions in Auckland schools since 1984.
She resigned from her Associate Principal's position at Remuera Primary School in December 1997 to pursue       
educational business interests both in New Zealand and overseas with JCL.
Judy has had over 25 years teaching experience  in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom and is a trained Reading Recovery teacher.
She is now employed part-time at Elm Park school in Pakuranga Auckland, teaching a range of literacy programs.
